支払い時期ご購入手続き完了時に即時決済されます。予約商品（Pre-order）につきましても、ご注文時に全額をお支払いいただきます。
商品の引渡し時期在庫商品：ご注文後、通常3〜5営業日以内に発送します。予約商品：メーカーの発売日以降、入荷次第の発送となります（発売時期は各商品ページに記載）。いずれも日本より発送いたします。
返品・交換・キャンセル商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。初期不良・破損・誤発送は当社負担で返品または交換を承ります。お客様都合の場合も、未開封で元の梱包のままであれば個別にご相談に応じます（返送料はお客様のご負担）。詳細は Shipping & Returns をご確認ください。

Returns / exchanges / cancellationsPlease contact us within 7 days of delivery. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are returned or exchanged at our cost.
