Are all the products you sell official/authentic?
Yes, absolutely. We take great pride in sourcing only 100% official and authentic products directly from authorized distributors in Japan. We do not handle any bootlegs or unofficial merchandise.
Are the items brand new or used?
All items in our store are brand new and factory-sealed unless otherwise stated. You can shop with confidence knowing you are receiving a fresh product.
Do you inspect the item's condition before shipping?
To preserve the value for collectors, we do not open factory-sealed items for inspection. However, we perform a thorough external check of the packaging to ensure there are no major dents or defects before it leaves our studio.
Note: We currently do not handle individual trading cards.
Will the product come with its original box/packaging?
Yes. Unless specifically requested otherwise, all products are shipped in their original manufacturer's packaging to ensure they arrive in their intended collectible state.
🗓️ Pre-orders & Combined Shipping
Questions about pre-order items and how to combine multiple orders.
What happens if a pre-order item's release date is delayed?
In the event of a manufacturer delay, we will contact you immediately via email. If the new release date does not work for you, we are happy to process a cancellation and full refund upon request.
Can I combine a pre-order item with an in-stock item in one shipment?
Yes, you can. Please note that if you combine them, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.
Tip: If you need the in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Can I ship items from different orders together to save on shipping costs?
Certainly! If you have multiple orders that haven't been dispatched yet, we can combine them for you. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order numbers so we can assist you before shipping.

How do you pack fragile items like figures?
We understand that the box condition is vital for collectors. We use high-quality cushioning and sturdy outer boxes to ensure your items remain mint and protected from scratches or impact during their journey.
Do you provide a tracking number for every shipment?
Yes, every single order includes a dedicated tracking number. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the package. We will provide a solution, such as a return or refund, in accordance with our store policy.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Depending on your country's laws, customs duties may apply to orders over a certain value. While these fees are the buyer's responsibility, we are happy to help you check the potential costs.

Can you mark my order as a "Gift" to avoid customs fees?
We apologize, but we are unable to mark shipments as "Gifts" or undervalued. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a compliant and professional export service.
