📦 Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Japan. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size/weight.

Shipping Methods & Handling Time
  • Japan Post: Registered Airmail / EMS
  • Courier on request: FedEx / DHL (contact us before ordering)
  • All shipments include a tracking number.
  • In-stock items: 3–5 business days after payment (excluding weekends/holidays).
  • Pre-order items: Ship after the official release date.
Delivery Time & Costs
  • Registered Airmail: 14–30 business days | EMS / Courier: 3–10 business days
  • Domestic Shipping (Within Japan): We offer FREE shipping to all addresses within Japan, including proxy services (e.g., Buyee, ZenMarket, Tenso).
  • We combine shipments whenever possible to reduce fees (only for orders not yet dispatched).
Tracking & Lost/Damaged Items
  • Tracking is sent via email when your order is dispatched.
  • If an item is lost/damaged, we will file a compensation claim with the carrier.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery attempt with photos of packaging & item.

💳 Payment & Pre-orders

Payment Methods & Security
  • Major credit/debit cards and PayPal accepted.
  • All charges are processed in USD. Your bank may apply FX fees.
  • Please enter your full legal name and a complete address in English.
Tip: A mismatch between name/address and PayPal or card billing details can delay processing.
Pre-order Policy
  • Ships after the official release date and supplier delivery to us.
  • If combined with in-stock items, the order ships together when pre-orders arrive.
  • Want in-stock items early? Please place a separate order.

🏪 Store Policies (Customs, Inspection, Packaging)

Customs & Taxes
  • Import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We cannot mark items as a “gift” or under-declare beyond carrier policies.
Inspection & Packaging Policy
  • We source all items directly from official retailers.
  • All photocards are inspected under light to check for any major dents or bends.
  • Photocards are shipped in sleeves + rigid toploader or equivalent protection.
Undeliverable / Return to Sender
  • If returned due to incorrect address or refusal, we can reship (new postage required) or refund minus shipping.

🗑️ Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are limited because we reserve/prepare stock quickly.

In-Stock & Shipped Orders
  • Once placed, cancellations are generally not allowed.
  • Under special circumstances, a cancellation may be approved with a 10% cancellation fee.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
Pre-Order Cancellations
  • Up to 7 days before release: 10% cancellation fee (min. $10).
  • Within 7 days of release: 15% cancellation fee (min. $15).
  • Delayed release dates by manufacturers are not eligible for a fee waiver.

Return Eligibility & Non-Returnable Items
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused and unopened with original packaging.
  • Items marked as sale or final sale are not eligible for return.
  • All return shipments must be sent to Japan.
Refunds & Return Shipping Costs
  • For personal reasons (change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
